First, this will provide the person making the complaint a certain confidence that the complaint is being taken seriously, that the person handling the complaint is an independent, third party expert looking to solve the problem, and is qualified and credentialed in food borne illness issues. This prevents an unqualified person in your company handling what could be a very serious situation. If the complaint is a credible complaint, we will then form an expedient action plan with our client, and if necessary the local Health Board, to quickly remedy the issue for both a short and long term solution.
